WORK WITH MANGO GETAWAY
Let’s create something travelers will remember.
Mango Getaway works with remarkable stays, experiences, destinations, tourism businesses, and brands to create better reasons for couples to travel—and more meaningful ways for the tourism industry to reach them.
IF MANGO GETAWAY INVITED YOU
You’re here
for a reason.
If you received a message from Mango Getaway inviting you to this page, it means we came across your business, destination, experience, or brand and saw something worth exploring.
We do not expect you to arrive already knowing exactly how you want to work with us. Our first objective is simply to understand whether there is a genuine fit between what you do, what Mango Getaway is building, and the experiences couples are looking for.
WHAT YOUR INVITATION MEANS
We saw potential before we started the conversation.
Mango Getaway researches businesses, experiences, accommodations, destinations, and tourism organizations that may naturally belong within the stories, itineraries, tools, campaigns, and couple-focused travel experiences we are building.
An invitation means we believe there may be a meaningful reason to talk. It does not guarantee a partnership, and it does not create any obligation for you.
Continue the ConversationWe found you first.
Your business or destination surfaced through Mango Getaway research, destination development, editorial planning, or partner discovery.
We saw a possible fit.
Something about your location, experience, accommodation, story, audience, or offering aligned with what we are developing.
The conversation comes first.
We would rather understand the opportunity together than force every potential partner into the same commercial package.
Every collaboration remains subject to fit, feasibility, editorial standards, and mutual agreement.
WHO WE WORK WITH
Different businesses.
One shared question.
Does what you offer give couples a meaningful reason to travel, stay longer, explore deeper, or create a memory together?
If the answer might be yes, there may be a place for you within Mango Getaway. We work across the tourism ecosystem rather than limiting partnerships to one type of business.
Stays & Hospitality
Boutique hotels, guesthouses, apartments, lodges, resorts, villas, farm stays, retreats, and other places where the stay itself can become part of the couple’s experience.
Experiences & Attractions
Guides, workshops, cultural experiences, wellness, outdoor activities, attractions, tours, adventures, and distinctive things couples can only truly experience by being there.
Food, Drink & Local Flavor
Restaurants, bakeries, cafés, markets, producers, wineries, culinary experiences, and places that help travelers understand a destination through what people grow, make, cook, pour, and share.
Destinations & Tourism Organizations
Tourism boards, destination organizations, municipalities, associations, regional tourism bodies, and local stakeholders working to give travelers better reasons to discover a place.
Transport & Travel Services
Car hire, transfers, drivers, rail experiences, ferries, mobility providers, travel services, and businesses that help couples move through a destination with greater confidence and ease.
Travel & Lifestyle Brands
Products and brands that can naturally support how couples travel, connect, document their experiences, celebrate moments, or create more shared memories along the way.
Editorial, Media & Creative Partners
Publishers, storytellers, photographers, filmmakers, tourism media, creative studios, researchers, and other collaborators whose work can strengthen a destination story or help useful travel information reach couples.
THE COMMON THREAD
We care more about the fit than the category.
Being part of the tourism industry does not automatically make something right for Mango Getaway. We look for genuine couple relevance, a credible traveler experience, destination value, a story worth telling, and a partnership we can stand behind.
If you can see yourself somewhere above, the next question is:
How can we work together?WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Choose the pathway
that fits the opportunity.
Not every Mango Getaway partnership needs the same structure. A boutique hotel, tourism board, experience provider, destination brand, and Travel Bug sponsor are solving different problems.
Start with the pathway that feels closest to what you want to achieve. If more than one applies, that is completely fine—we can determine the right structure together.
You do not need to diagnose the partnership yourself. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish and we will help identify the most appropriate route.

ONE IMPORTANT DISTINCTION
Partnership structure follows the opportunity.
Some collaborations are editorial placements. Some are sponsorships. Some are service engagements. Some involve destination development or broader commercial collaboration.
Mango Getaway does not force every partner into one standardized model. We identify the relationship first, then agree on the appropriate structure, deliverables, commercial terms, and disclosure requirements.
TRAVEL BUG PARTNERSHIPS
Help create the next shared memory.
Travel Bug is a Mango Getaway couple-facing partnership pathway built around something more valuable than passive exposure: giving couples a reason to participate, experience, discover, and remember.
A Travel Bug collaboration may revolve around a getaway, destination challenge, shared experience, hosted moment, memory token, local discovery, prize, story, or larger multi-partner campaign.
The structure changes with the idea. The common thread is that the partnership should contribute something meaningful to the couple’s experience.
THE IDEA
A partnership couples can actually experience.
Instead of placing a brand beside a travel story and calling that a partnership, Travel Bug gives businesses the opportunity to become part of the memory itself.
That might mean where a couple stays, what they eat, how they travel, what they discover, a surprise waiting for them, an experience they complete together, or something they take home as a reminder of the trip.
A relevant product, experience, stay, service, resource, sponsorship, or access.
The couple-facing concept, story, experience, pathway, or campaign.
The partnership becomes part of something they can actually do or remember.
PARTNERSHIP STRUCTURES
There is more than one way to join a Travel Bug.
A campaign can use one structure or combine several partners around one couple-facing experience.

Become the accommodation or hosted stay connected to a Travel Bug getaway or destination experience.
- Hosted accommodation

- Car hire

- Travel products
- Memory tokens
- Photography products
- Gifts or useful travel items
Destination Partner
Support a Travel Bug built around a city, region, community, or destination story.
- Destination access
- Local coordination
- Industry introductions
- Destination campaign support
Lead or Campaign Sponsor
Support a broader Travel Bug concept involving multiple experiences, businesses, destination components, or couple-facing campaign elements.

THE PARTNERSHIP STANDARD
Sponsorship supports the experience. It does not buy the opinion.
Commercial participation does not purchase a positive review, guaranteed editorial praise, fabricated traveler claims, or undisclosed endorsement.
Commercial relationships are disclosed where required.
Mango Getaway retains editorial control.
Partner information must be accurate and supportable.
Deliverables and usage rights are agreed in advance.
HAVE AN IDEA?

You do not need to arrive with a finished sponsorship proposal. Start with what your business, destination, experience, or brand could contribute.
Discuss a Travel Bug PartnershipHOW PARTNERSHIPS WORK
From first conversation to something real.
A Mango Getaway partnership does not begin with a checkout button. It begins with understanding whether there is something worth building together.
The exact route changes depending on the opportunity, but the operating principles remain consistent: understand the fit, define the relationship, agree on expectations, build carefully, approve what goes public, and keep the relationship clear afterward.
INTRODUCTION
Start the conversation.
You contact Mango Getaway, respond to an invitation, or enter through one of our partnership pathways. Tell us what you do, what you are exploring, and what you think may be worth discussing.
Initial context
FIT REVIEW
We look for a genuine reason to work together.
Mango Getaway reviews the traveler relevance, destination fit, couple value, business context, feasibility, and whether the proposed relationship belongs within what we are building.
Fit / no-fit decision
PARTNERSHIP ROUTE
We identify the right relationship.
If there is a fit, we determine whether the opportunity belongs under itinerary placement, Stay, Travel Bug, destination collaboration, editorial, experience development, business support, or a tailored combination.
Defined partnership pathway
SCOPE & TERMS
Everyone should know what is being agreed.
We establish the intended deliverables, contributions, commercial structure where applicable, approvals, timelines, media requirements, usage rights, disclosure requirements, responsibilities, and any important limitations before work proceeds.
Agreed scope and terms
BUILD TOGETHER
This is where the partnership becomes tangible.
Depending on the project, we may gather approved media, verify facts, develop the experience, build itinerary integration, shape the campaign, create editorial context, refine an offer, or coordinate the components needed for launch.
Partnership asset or activation
APPROVAL
Nothing important should go live by accident.
Relevant names, facts, approved media, booking links, commercial references, partner information, and other agreed elements are reviewed before publication or activation.
Publication-ready approval
PUBLICATION / ACTIVATION
The agreed partnership goes live.
The itinerary placement, Stay presence, Travel Bug, campaign, editorial project, destination initiative, service deliverable, or other agreed activation is released according to its approved structure.
Live partnership
ONGOING RELATIONSHIP
Going live is not the same as disappearing.
Where the partnership requires it, Mango Getaway maintains an appropriate relationship around updates, factual changes, booking pathways, media rights, future opportunities, or additional collaborations.
Maintained relationship
NOT EVERY PROJECT USES EVERY STEP THE SAME WAY
The process is controlled. The relationship can still be flexible.
A simple visibility audit will naturally move differently from a destination campaign or Travel Bug sponsorship. The purpose of this process is not bureaucracy—it is to make sure expectations remain clear as the partnership becomes more complex.
READY TO START AT STEP 01?
We can begin with a conversation.
You do not need to prepare a full proposal before contacting us. Give us enough context to understand the opportunity and we can determine the next step.
Start the ConversationWORKING TOGETHER
Good partnerships work in both directions.
Partnership works best when both sides know what they are responsible for—and can trust the other side to follow through.
Mango Getaway aims to be clear, careful, collaborative, and realistic. In return, we need partners to help us work with information, media, commitments, and expectations we can genuinely stand behind.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
We should earn your confidence too.
Working with Mango Getaway should feel organized, transparent, and purposeful.
Clear communication
We will explain what we are proposing, what we need, what happens next, and where important decisions still need to be made.
Defined expectations
Where a formal collaboration is agreed, responsibilities, deliverables, commercial terms, approvals, and relevant limitations should be understood before execution.
Respect for your business
We will make a reasonable effort to represent approved business information accurately and distinguish confirmed facts from Mango Getaway’s own editorial judgment.
Appropriate approvals
Where partner approval forms part of the agreed workflow, relevant names, supplied media, factual business information, links, and commercial references can be reviewed before activation.
Honest commercial context
We will not disguise commercial participation. Sponsorships, paid placements, hosted components, and other material relationships will be handled with appropriate disclosure.
Realistic commitments
We will be clear about what Mango Getaway can actually deliver and avoid promising outcomes that depend on travelers, platforms, search engines, markets, or factors outside the agreed work.
We will not manufacture audience numbers, guarantee bookings, promise rankings, fabricate performance, or claim results we cannot responsibly support.A couple-first perspective
Commercial value matters, but the traveler-facing work still needs to make sense for the couples Mango Getaway exists to serve.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Help us work with something real.
Strong partnerships depend on reliable information and an engaged partner on the other side.
Accurate information
Names, locations, services, inclusions, policies, links, operating details, and other supplied information should be current and reasonably verifiable.
Authorized media
Images, video, logos, copy, and other supplied assets must be yours to provide or accompanied by the permissions needed for the agreed use.
One reliable contact
We need someone who can answer questions, coordinate information, review agreed materials, and make or obtain decisions when required.
Timely feedback
Delayed information or approvals can delay publication, campaign activation, or other agreed work. If something changes, tell us.
Respect for the agreed scope
If the partnership changes materially, we should revisit the scope rather than silently expanding obligations on either side.
Honest traveler-facing claims
Do not ask Mango Getaway to publish claims, guarantees, descriptions, ratings, awards, pricing statements, or other representations that cannot be supported.
Respect for agreed boundaries
Partnership rights, approvals, supplied materials, commercial participation, and Mango Getaway’s independent editorial responsibilities should remain within the boundaries agreed for the project.
SHARED RESPONSIBILITY
Clear on both sides. Stronger in the middle.
Mango Getaway cannot build a credible partnership without reliable input from the partner. A partner should not have to guess what Mango Getaway is doing, either.
Communicate changes early.
Keep decisions traceable.
Use approved information.
Respect agreed boundaries.
WHEN SOMETHING CHANGES
Tell us before outdated information becomes traveler information.
Businesses evolve. Rates change. Experiences move. Booking links break. Policies change. People leave. Locations close. Campaign plans shift.
Where the relationship requires ongoing accuracy, partners should notify Mango Getaway of material changes so the appropriate update, review, hold, correction, or removal decision can be made.
Some standards are not negotiable.
EDITORIAL & COMMERCIAL STANDARDS
Partnership should never make the truth blurry.
Mango Getaway can work commercially with tourism businesses, destinations, accommodations, experience providers, and brands while still protecting the usefulness and credibility of the traveler-facing work.
These standards explain the public principles we apply when editorial work and commercial relationships meet. Individual projects may also have their own agreed terms, approvals, usage rights, and deliverables.
CORE PRINCIPLE
Commercial participation can support the work. It does not purchase Mango Getaway’s opinion.
A partner may pay for an agreed placement, sponsor an experience, host a component, provide a product, or enter another commercial relationship with Mango Getaway.
That relationship does not automatically entitle the partner to positive editorial judgment, fabricated praise, unsupported traveler claims, or control over unrelated editorial conclusions.
EDITORIAL
Editorial Independence
Mango Getaway retains responsibility for its own editorial judgment, traveler-facing conclusions, destination context, and how independent editorial material is framed.
COMMERCIAL
Paid Placements
Where a business purchases an agreed placement, the commercial relationship applies to the defined placement, deliverables, and agreed scope.
DISCLOSURE
Sponsorship Disclosure
Material commercial relationships such as sponsorship, paid placement, hosted participation, or other relevant support should be disclosed where appropriate to the traveler-facing context.
HOSTED
Hosted Experiences
A complimentary stay, meal, activity, transfer, product, or other hosted component may support Mango Getaway’s ability to experience or document something directly.
OPINION
Reviews & Opinions
Where Mango Getaway expresses an independent opinion, assessment, review, recommendation, or editorial judgment, it should remain distinguishable from factual information supplied by a partner.
ACCURACY
Factual Corrections
Partners are encouraged to notify Mango Getaway when material factual information becomes inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading.
MEDIA
Media Rights
Images, video, logos, written material, and other assets supplied by a partner must be authorized for the agreed use or accompanied by appropriate permission.
BOOKING
Booking Relationships
Where Mango Getaway provides a booking, reservation, inquiry, or direct-business pathway, the traveler may ultimately transact with the relevant third-party business or booking provider.
PERFORMANCE
Performance Claims
Unless specifically supported by evidence and expressly agreed otherwise, Mango Getaway does not guarantee traffic, bookings, revenue, search rankings, audience reach, conversions, media exposure, or commercial performance.
CONTROL
Right to Decline, Hold or Remove
Mango Getaway may decline an opportunity, pause publication, hold an activation, request correction, or remove or amend material where necessary to protect accuracy, rights, traveler safety, editorial standards, contractual obligations, or the integrity of the platform.
A USEFUL DISTINCTION
Facts can be corrected. Opinions can be challenged. They are not the same thing.
Address, operating hours, room type, booking URL, included service, policy, destination location, supplied business information.
Correct it when it is wrong. How Mango Getaway interprets an experience, whether something feels appropriate for a couple, comparative context, editorial assessment, or independent recommendation.
Discuss it—but do not purchase control over it.PUBLIC PRINCIPLES, NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROJECT TERMS
Every real partnership still needs its own scope.
These standards describe Mango Getaway’s general approach. A specific project may require additional terms covering payment, deliverables, cancellation, intellectual property, licensing, approval rights, exclusivity, timelines, liability, or other project-specific matters.
The practical questions come next.
PARTNERSHIP FAQ
A few things you may want to know first.
You do not need to understand every Mango Getaway partnership model before contacting us.
These answers cover the questions that most often affect whether a potential partner should begin the conversation.
01 Do I need to be invited by Mango Getaway?
No. Mango Getaway actively discovers and invites businesses we believe may be a good fit, but you are also welcome to approach us directly.
An invitation simply means we identified a possible reason to talk before you contacted us. It does not guarantee acceptance, and not being invited does not prevent you from proposing an opportunity.
02 Do you charge for partnerships?
Some Mango Getaway relationships involve a commercial fee and some do not. It depends on what is actually being created.
Paid placements, sponsorships, services, campaigns, and other defined commercial work can carry agreed fees or contributions. Other editorial conversations, destination research, or collaborative opportunities may operate differently.
Where payment is required, the commercial structure should be made clear before the work proceeds.
03 Is everything featured by Mango Getaway paid?
No.
Mango Getaway can independently research, reference, recommend, discuss, or editorially include businesses, places, and experiences without a commercial relationship.
Paid participation applies only where an actual commercial relationship has been established. Commercial involvement does not determine every editorial inclusion on Mango Getaway.
04 Does Mango Getaway take commission on bookings?
There is no universal Mango Getaway commission model.
Some partnership pathways are structured around defined placement fees, sponsorships, services, or other agreed commercial terms rather than a percentage of traveler bookings.
Where Mango Getaway links travelers directly to a hotel, activity provider, restaurant, or other partner, the traveler may complete the booking directly with that business or its booking provider.
If a future partnership uses a commission, referral, or affiliate arrangement, that structure would be specifically agreed and handled separately rather than assumed.
05 Can we provide a hosted stay, meal, activity or experience?
Yes. Hosted components can be useful where direct experience, destination development, content production, Travel Bug activation, itinerary research, or another agreed project genuinely requires them.
A hosted stay or experience is treated as a material contribution where appropriate. It does not purchase a positive review, guaranteed recommendation, or predetermined editorial conclusion.
06 Can partners approve content before it goes live?
Partners may have appropriate review or approval rights over defined elements of a project when those rights form part of the agreed workflow.
This can include supplied business facts, names, approved media, links, commercial references, campaign details, or other partner-controlled material.
Approval rights do not automatically extend to rewriting Mango Getaway’s independent opinions, unrelated editorial conclusions, or traveler-facing judgment.
07 Do you guarantee bookings, traffic or commercial results?
No. Mango Getaway does not make blanket guarantees of bookings, revenue, traffic, audience reach, conversions, media exposure, or search rankings.
We can define what Mango Getaway will create, publish, provide, or deliver. We should not pretend we can guarantee how every traveler, platform, search engine, market, or audience will respond.
08 Can small or independent tourism businesses work with you?
Absolutely.
Mango Getaway is interested in fit, traveler value, destination relevance, credibility, and the quality of the opportunity—not simply the size of the company.
A small bakery, guide, guesthouse, workshop, independent restaurant, local experience, or specialist tourism business may be more meaningful to a particular couple’s journey than a much larger brand.
09 Can one partner use more than one Mango Getaway pathway?
Yes—when there is a genuine reason for the pathways to connect.
For example, an accommodation could have a Stay presence, qualify for a destination itinerary, participate in a Travel Bug, and later work with Mango Getaway on a couple-focused experience.
We would rather connect complementary opportunities deliberately than create duplicate partnerships simply for the sake of adding more deliverables.
10 What happens after I contact Mango Getaway?
We start by understanding the context.
If there appears to be a genuine fit, the conversation moves into the relevant Mango Getaway partnership pathway. From there, we can define the proposed scope, commercial structure where applicable, required information, approvals, and next actions.
Contacting Mango Getaway does not automatically create an obligation for either side. The first goal is simply to determine whether there is something worthwhile to build together.
